mortgage-backed securities, or housing finance programs is strongly preferred.Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.Experience translating large, complex datasets into actionable business insights and recommendations.Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytical work to organizational objectives and strategic priorities.Intellectual curiosity with a desire to understand underlying business drivers and root causes.Advanced SQL skills, including experience querying, transforming, validating, and analyzing large datasets in a business and professional environment are required.Advanced dashboarding and data visualization skills, including experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools, are strongly preferred.Experience using analytical and statistical programming tools such as Python, R, SAS, or similar platforms is strongly preferred.Familiarity with advanced
