Internship Program Overview:
Our Futures Program is designed for students who want to gain real-world experience while making a meaningful impact. If you aren't local to the Kansas City Metro, we will have housing options for you available (certain criteria will have to be met to qualify for housing).
Software Engineer Position Overview:
The Software Engineer's responsibilities will center around developing the next generation of support and analytics tools for our solutions. Tenacity to learn new technologies, rapidly apply lessons learned and collaborate across the organization is fundamental to the team. Requirements:

• Rising Senior or Rising Junior with graduation date for bachelors or masters of December 2027, May 2028, December 2028, May 2029
• Basic programming experience using a modern object oriented language such as Java, C++, C#, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple detailed tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Demonstrates achievement in academics, internships, co-ops, or other work experience
• Current student working toward BA/BS degree in computer science, IS, or IT is preferred
