What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern technologies such as C#, Java, React, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL
• Build scalable APIs, integrations, and platform services that enhance product functionality and operational efficiency
• Contribute to software architecture, technical design decisions, and enterprise application development
• Collaborate with Product, PMO, Support, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
• Lead code reviews and champion engineering best practices, secure coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and support fellow engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing
• Participate in Agile planning, estimation, and delivery activities to ensure successful product outcomes
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements that improve engineering effectiveness and product capabilities
• Support compliance, security, scalability, and performance requirements within a regulated fintech environment

What You Bring

• Strong proficiency in C#, Java, or other modern programming languages and frameworks
• Experience developing scalable enterprise applications, APIs, and integrations
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and modern development methodologies
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and iterative software delivery
• Understanding of payments, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality software solutions in Agile environments
• Proven experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications and APIs
• Experience contributing to architectural decisions and technical design initiatives
• Strong front-end and back-end development experience
• Fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated industry experience preferred
