What You Can Expect

As Senior Principal Design Engineer, you will lead architecture definition, performance modeling, micro-architecture and RTL development and HW/SW co-design efforts working across multi-functional teams, in developing state-of-the-art designs for theup and comingCXL product roadmap. You will drive continuous productivity improvements through incremental and forklift changes, monitor and adapt to key industry trends.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 25+ years of related professional experience or Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 15-20 years of experience.
Good understanding of SoC architecture, processor cores, memory and peripheral interfaces.
Ability to effectively interact with customers and translate their application/work-load requirements to product/IP hardware specifications.
Strong understanding of SoC development process.
Proven ability to lead SoC & IP development.
Demonstrated track record of delivering high quality designs.
Experience in taking designs from architecture through tape-out and post-silicon activities to productization.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
Highly motivated, self-driven and curiosity to learn new technologies.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

184,400 - 272,950, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
