ABOUT SPRUCE STREET COMPLIANCE

At Spruce Street Compliance, we provide compliance services and operational support to Democratic and progressive campaigns, PACs, and advocacy organizations across the country. Our work includes supporting some of the country’s most high-profile campaigns and organizations, like Mayor Zohran Mamdani, Dan Osborn for Senate, Turn PA Blue, and the Asian Pacific Islander Political Alliance.


POSITION OVERVIEW

The Compliance Assistant is a junior role that works alongside the Compliance Associates to perform daily oversight and compliance tasks for our clients. The Assistant also helps supervise the firm's interns. This position reports to the firm's Compliance Managers.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with tasks required to complete daily office activities

  • Help supervise and assign tasks to interns

  • Assist with client campaign finance data entry into database

  • Support Associates and Managers in maintaining accurate financial records 

  • Complete additional tasks assigned by Managers and the President

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Salary range: $45,000-$55,000 /annually

  • PPO Health and Vision Insurance Plan Silver Plan 100% premium covered by the firm, Gold Plan 80% covered by the firm

  • Life Insurance coverage up to one year's salary, 100% premium covered by the firm
