Lead Radar Signal Processing Systems Engineer

In this role, you will contribute to the design, analysis, testing, and requirements verification of high‑performance Radar Signal Processor systems.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
  • Experience with radar and radar signal processing.
  • Experience with requirements development and algorithm development.
  • Experience with Matlab modeling and simulation.
  • Must be a US Citizen and hold a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level.
Desired Skills
  • Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Performance analysis experience.
  • Software requirements verification experience.
  • Test plan and test procedure development experience.
  • Agile development process experience.
  • Experience with DOORs, Linux, git, GitLab, MBSE, Confluence Tool Suite.
Security Clearance

This position requires a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level. The role is located at a facility that requires special access.

Work Schedule

Onsite full‑time; the work will be performed at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Schedule: 4 × 10‑hour day, 3 days off per week. The base salary range for this position in New Jersey is $110,500–$198,422.
