Base Salary:ย Up to $280K (starting) annually
Annual CME Stipend: $2,500 annually
Provider Incentive: Opportunity to earn up to $4,100 quarterly
Retention Bonus: Up to a 3% annual increase until the max salary scale is reached, followed by a lump-sum bonus

Responsibilities:
Perform the professional services of an Obstetrician/Gynecologist
Establishes clinical standards and assists in developing policies, procedures, and programs with the Medical Director

Provides comprehensive ambulatory and inpatient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, referrals, and follow-up through hospital partnerships
ย
Delivers OB/GYN services including prenatal care, deliveries, surgical coverage, and continuity of care from admission to discharge
ย
Supervise and collaborate with three nurse practitioners while also working closely with midwives, physician assistants, and other providers to deliver seamless, patient-centered care for women and families
ย
Supervises students and interns in clinical training and promotes a positive, professional image of the organization
ย
Maintains accurate documentation, fulfills continuing education requirements, participates in call schedule, and adheres to safety standards
Education Needed:
MD from a recognized medical school
Licensed to practice medicine in Alabama or eligible to become licensed
Completed one year of internship & at least one year experience in ambulatory healthcare
Completion of residency in obstetrics & gynecology
