  • Conduct ergonomic assessments to help create safe and efficient workstations.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to implement process changes, document instructions, and monitor performance.
  • Analyze production data to support manpower planning and capacity assessments.
  • Contribute to cost‑reduction initiatives through waste elimination, improved workflow, and optimization of material handling.
  • Provide general support for continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Lean, or Kaizen events.

What We Want:
  • Hard-working winners. Confident, competitive, and results-oriented professionals who create a track record of success.
  • Dedicated achievers. People who thrive in a fast-paced environment and will stop at nothing to ensure a project is complete and meets regulations and expectations.

  • Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze production data and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to contribute effectively in cross‑functional environments.
  • Proficiency with common engineering tools and software (Excel, CAD, process mapping tools).
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to document and communicate process changes.
