Job Summary:
Staffworxs is a company that powers transformation through its Digital & Data Analytics practice. They are seeking a Product Manager for their eCommerce Storefront team to lead product strategy and manage the product lifecycle, focusing on enhancing customer-facing features and operational tools.
Responsibilities:
• Help to shape the product strategy that supports the goals and vision of the eCommerce Storefront Experience team with a focus on delivering visual excellence in addition to both customer-facing and end-user features including:
• Implement innovative features across our storefronts that focus on improving conversion rate/AOV, site navigation, site responsiveness, and the overall fan experience.
• Optimize theme setup and configuration to drive operational improvement across our Creative and Store Management teams.
• Ongoing solutions to enhance our store themes for both customers and end-users.
• Evaluate emerging trends in headless commerce, Shopify APIs, and app integrations to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
• Work with Business Analysts, UX Research/Design, Technical Product Managers, Regional Product Managers, and 3rd Party Vendors to translate the product vision and business requirements into actionable steps.
• Partner with developers on projects including but not limited to: custom app development, Shopify theme enhancements, and integrations.
• Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders, data, and customer or user feedback to develop thorough product requirements documents.
• Translate business and customer problems into clearly defined requirements.
• Prioritize features and functionality that will be most impactful to the business goals.
• Drive executional excellence through the end-to-end delivery of e-commerce projects, with close collaboration with technical product managers to ensure that efforts are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood, met, and exceeded.
• Effectively communicate product vision, status, tradeoffs, and delivery plans clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
• Manage alignment across departments when limitations or technical constraints impact business expectations.
• Own the product roadmap for the eCommerce Storefront Experience team.
• Maintain a groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Ensure the roadmap is prioritized by business need and impact.
• Analyse key performance indicators and understand end-user processes and workflows to identify opportunities for growth and optimization for the eCommerce Store Admin and Operations team.
• Lead UAT efforts with business stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of projects are successful and are aligned to business requirements.
• Write and manage test scenarios.
• Monitor feedback to ensure zero-defect releases.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive user documentation in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Create and share enablement content for cross-functional business teams—such as playbooks, how-to guides, or troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3-5+ years working in product management with a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and tools.
• Deep Shopify Plus ecommerce platform background, including installing and customizing new Shopify themes, apps, and API integrations, checkout extensibility, and third-party apps.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities & stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects from conception to completion, with measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing agile development cycles and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with eCommerce, data, and operations stakeholders to understand and influence product strategy and roadmaps, aggregate and conceive ideas for enhancing product performance and achieving product success/KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Google Analytics, and Shopify Admin.
Preferred:
• Experience in the music and / or entertainment industries.
