Job Summary:
The Fountain Group is a nationwide staffing firm with a consistent standard of excellence. They are seeking a Shopify Product Manager to lead the product strategy and roadmap execution for their Storefront Experience team, focusing on customer-facing features and operational tools to drive growth in their eCommerce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
• The eCommerce Product Manager role will lead the product strategy and roadmap execution within the US for our Storefront Experience team.
• This role will be critical in creating customer-facing features and operational tools to unlock growth opportunities across our multi-tenant eCommerce ecosystem.
• The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Shopify platform, an extensive history of driving results, and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• This role will partner closely with technical product managers, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to identify problems, define solutions, and manage product delivery from concept to launch.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3-5+ years working in product management with a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and tools.
• Deep Shopify Plus ecommerce platform background, including installing and customizing new Shopify themes, apps, and API integrations, checkout extensibility, and third-party apps.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities & stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects from conception to completion, with measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing agile development cycles and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with eCommerce, data, and operations stakeholders to understand and influence product strategy and roadmaps, aggregate and conceive ideas for enhancing product performance and achieving product success/KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Google Analytics, and Shopify Admin.
Preferred:
• Experience in the music and / or entertainment industries very nice to have.
