Role: Database Developer with Capital Markets exposure
Location: Chicago, IL / NYC, NY (In-person interview for the final round)

We are seeking a seasoned Database Development Lead with strong database development expertise and a good understanding of the financial services industry. Exposure to related financial domains such as wealth management, capital markets, or asset management would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine requirements.
- Design, develop, and support database solutions and enhancements.
- Perform data analysis to support business and operational needs.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to validate data and ensure solution accuracy.
- Support testing activities, including data validation, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to drive successful delivery of data-related initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong database development experience (SQL, data modelling, query optimization, stored procedures, etc.).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with data analysis and data validation.
- Good understanding of financial services business processes.
