  • Several years of experience in semiconductor device testing, characterization, manufacturing, or related engineering environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Experience with automated test systems, data acquisition platforms, and statistical analysis tools.
  • Working knowledge of semiconductor device physics and electrical performance characterization.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing, advanced electronic devices, or related technologies.
  • Programming experience with Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, C/C++, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments and new product introduction activities.
