Job description

At ClearView, you will encounter an entrepreneurial environment, interact with a dynamic group of colleagues, present to clients in critical business situations, and develop a deep understanding of the life sciences and biopharmaceutical industry. You will be mentored directly by ClearView managers, who have a wealth of experience in life sciences consulting. In addition, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business issues including new product planning, pricing & market access, investor services, launch and product commercialization.

Role Overview

You will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. During the course of a typical project, you will engage in a number of activities, including:ย 

  • Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach
  • Able to conduct a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight
  • Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making
  • Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value

Qualifications

The successful Life Sciences Senior Analyst candidate must have the following skills and experience:ย 

  • Undergraduate or Master's degree in the life sciences or equivalent field
  • At least 18 months of experience in life sciences consulting
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of internships, research, and project management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Highly analytical approach to solving complex problems
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work model out of our New York, Boston or San Francisco office; new hires will be in office 100% during onboarding and training will then go to 80% in office through month nine (9) and then the schedule adjusts to a 50% in office expectation after that

The starting salary for this position is $110,00 and will also have an performance bonus opportunity as well.
