We are seeking a highly skilled SAP to help with a project at one of our clients.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING SAP HCM PROJECTS !

Note: I need excellent English and experience leading SAP HCM type engagements  S4/Hana, etc. with a lot of the HR stuff.  

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project plan and ensure everyone is delivering on commitments, scope, and schedule.
  • Track progress, identify anomalies, escalate issues, and propose corrective actions.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks across multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide governance and oversight of SAP-related activities, with emphasis on HCM, Success Factors and FICO.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure SAP modules (Security, EDI, Basis, ABAP, etc.) are integrated and aligned.
  • Leverage Jira for project tracking, reporting, and task management.
  • Perform core project management responsibilities, including reporting, documentation, and status updates.
  • Drive project success through hands-on leadership while maintaining a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Requirements:

  • Proven background managing HCM projects.
  • Strong project management experience in either SAP S4/Hana, Employee Central Payroll; S4/Hana or Employee Central PM experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with S4 integrations, especially UKG Pro, Success Factors, ( Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central Benefits) and SAP FICO (huge plus).
  • Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools.
  • Understanding of SAP module interdependencies, including Security, EDI, Basis, and ABAP.
  • Strong leadership skills with a “driver” mentality—able to operate independently and effectively.
  • Flexible and collaborative; must be willing to handle both strategic oversight and tactical PM tasks and be a team player.
