Cannot just be an SME in SAP, must have industry experience Role Activities: Project Management and deliverables: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project deliverables. Develop and provide the necessary framework and tracking mechanism for business and tech deliverables. Prioritization: Translate project management plan into business and tech priorities Ensure timely execution and completion of deliverables. Testing Oversight, from PM perspective: Data verification (pre-post mock loads) milestone tracking Test scope and scenarios completion Test scripts completion tracking Documentation revision enablement and tracking: Assist in drafting stories, test scripts, and SOPs. Maintain traceability matrices and requirement logs. Cut over/transition strategy Meeting Participation: Attend workstream and PMO team meetings to capture action items.
