Job Role : SAP ABAP DEVELOPER (SRM)
Location : Orlando, FL
Contract

RESPONSIBILITES:
The SAP ABAP DEVELOPER (SRM) will be working as a member of the SAP development team. The ABAP developer will be responsible for the delivery of ABAP program associated with the technical support for the SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) functions in the SAP environment. The ABAP developer is expected to provide technical expertise for system design, testing, implementation and support, being his/her primary focus during the realization and implementation phases of projects.
The SAP ABAP developer works alongside the other ABAP developers and functional developers, possibly handling multiple pieces of work simultaneously, alongside ad-hoc support queries. They must work with the development team as peers and be able to communicate effectively with customers. 
? Use SAP ABAP programming tools including ABAP custom reports and Transaction creation, User Exits/ Enhancements, Conversion/Interface Programs, SmartForms/Adobe Interactive Forms, Screen Painter, BDC, ALV Reports, Dialog Programming, Data Dictionary, RFC, Workflows, BAPI and BADI, Web Dynpro for ABAP, Web Service Development; ? Analyze business/ functional requirements; ? Prepare comprehensive and thorough technical program documentation; 
? Interface with functional Business Analyst/Consultants/SMEs to understand, document technical requirements, develop, and test new or enhanced interfaces; 
? Ensure compliance of developed solution to underlying solution architecture; 
? Collaborate efforts with project team members to identify issues and risks associated with the design, implementation, and delivery of assignments; 
? Intuitive analytical and problem solving skills to address and resolve technical development issues in a limited timeframe; 
? Support development and integration environment setup; ? Support end-to-end testing, Perform unit testing and document test results 
? Demonstrate use of Agile/Scrum as the Systems Development Life Cycle process
? The position generally requires over 80% travel to customer location (Orlando, FL)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
? At least 5-10 years of experience as a SAP ABAP Developer with emphasis on SAP SRM
? At least 5 years of experience with SAP workflow development ? Strong programming skills ? Hands-on experience working with ABAP Objects
? Ability to travel 80-100%
? Strong desire to excel; excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
? A minimum of 5 years of technical change management on large software implementation projects
? People management and leadership skills, including coaching, supervision, staffing, career growth, and conflict management
? At least 5 plus years of SAP Material Management and Supplier Relationship Management including Vendor Registration knowledge experience;
? Working knowledge of Finance/Accounting business processes (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, closing processes), Plant Maintenance, Project System and the technology that supports these processes.
? Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Desire to maintain a high degree of quality
? Experience with configuration management / build management procedures
? Experienced writing test plans and test cases, and documenting software defects and anomalies
? Bachelor's Degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, math, or business. Or equivalent body of experience in the Project Testing Field
