Job description


Ready to use your acting and language skills? We are looking for highly skilled and physically fit individuals to help run realistic military and security training scenarios.
What You Will Do:
  • Act as a Role Player: Deliver convincing, scenario-based performances exactly as directed by our team leaders (LRSO, SM, or ASM).
  • Use Your Language Skills: You will be crucial in helping trainees meet specific language-speaking objectives.
  • Perform as an Interpreter/Translator: Execute role-playing tasks that require translating or interpreting.
  • Handle Scenarios: You may be asked to play a role that involves being armed or unarmed.

Requirements
What We Require:
  • Language Fluency is a MUST: You must be highly proficient in at least one of the following languages:
  • Arabic
  • Pashto
  • Korean
  • Chinese
  • Russian
  • Chechen
  • French
  • Ability to Follow Directions: Must be able to take and execute specific instructions quickly and accurately from the Scenario Managers (SMs and ASMs).
  • Weapons Knowledge: Basic understanding and skill with small arms handling and safety for simulated firing.
  • Physical Fitness: You must be in good physical condition and able to:
  • Climb ten (10) flights of stairs.
  • Run.
  • Repeatedly lay down and take cover when required.
