COOKING WITH A VIEW!  Dauphin's - Fine Dining Line/Prep Cooks - Start at Up to $20/hour!


Come join our team at Dauphin's and you'll be cooking with a view at the highest elevation, 424 ft, on the Gulf of Mexico. PERIOD!


Dauphin's is a part of the Aloha Hospitality International restaurant group. Aloha Hospitality is an Alabama based company whose team has been serving Alabama for more than 40 years. The Aloha Group includes award-winning restaurants including Baumhower's Victory Grille, Dauphin's, Las Floriditas and Wingfingers.


We care about our people and team and are looking for team members that understand how to create a positive restaurant culture and will help us grow.


Our Culinarians can start at up to $20 an hour and receive Fine Dining Culinary Development and experience.

We are a high-volume fine dining restaurant with strong training and ongoing development programs

Our menu has a Southern Coastal, and Caribbean focus with classic signature selections and chef specials
