Job description

Reliable Staffing is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for travel and contract assignments across various healthcare facilities.

Employment Type: Travel / Contract / Temporary
Schedule: Days, evenings, nights, weekends & holidays as required

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care.
  • Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
  • Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patients' conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, PSWs, and other care team members.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and changing patient needs.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Follow infection control, health and safety, and facility procedures.
  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and professional care environment.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration in the applicable province.
  • Valid CPR/BLS certification.
  • Previous clinical or healthcare experience is an asset.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for assignments.
