We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. RNs are assigned to a specific care area, which may include memory care, long-term care, or skilled nursing, depending on the position.


Position Summary for Registered Nurse (RN)

The RN is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned care area and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This role provides leadership and support to nursing staff, coordinates care activities, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. The RN ensures compliance with all regulatory standards while promoting a safe, compassionate, and efficient care environment.

Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, policies, and best practicesĀ 
  • Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff on assigned shiftĀ 
  • Coordinate and delegate assignments to ensure appropriate staffing and workload distributionĀ 
  • Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in statusĀ 
  • Administer medications and treatments as orderedĀ 
  • Communicate effectively with providers, families, and interdisciplinary team membersĀ 
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care and services providedĀ 
  • Promote a safe environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocolsĀ 
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitionsĀ 
  • Address concerns, incidents, and emergencies in a timely and professional mannerĀ 
  • Support compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational policiesĀ 
  • Serve as a role model and resource to staff, fostering a positive team environment

Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Current, active RN license in the State of MaineĀ 
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, residents, families, and supervisorsĀ 
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentialityĀ 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamĀ 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written EnglishĀ 
  • Basic computer skills

Shifts Available:

  • Full-time, 36 hours per week, 7:00pm to 7:00am
