Program Overview

The summer internship program is a professional development program providing participants with a 10-week overview of Wells Fargo and a high-level understanding of the company's operations, business strategies, and corporate culture. The internship experience includes relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, performance feedback sessions, and informative learning sessions with keystakeholders.

The internshipis designedto provide undergraduate students withan experiential overview of theapplicable teamwithinThe Chief Administrative Officeand how they support developing, executing and supporting a streamlined approach to each of their individual businesses and theenterprise. The program incorporates real-world scenarios and experiences to help prepare you for a rewardingcareer at Wells Fargo.

The competitive internship program targets exceptional juniors and is a pipeline program where successful interns may receive an offer to return the following year to join the full-time Analyst Program.#earlycareers

In this role, you will:

• Participate in formalprogrammingand workshopinitiatives

• Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks anddeliverables

• Receive direction from managers in a matrixed environment and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supportedarea

• Collaborate and consult with peers,colleaguesand managers to resolve issues and achievegoals

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of work experience, or equivalentdemonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience,education

Desired Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in the following majors: :Business Administration, Accounting, Analytics & Data, Business Intelligence, Communication, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government, Management and Risk Management, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science, Policy & Management, Pre-law, Real Estate, Statistics, Supply Chain,Technology, orrelated business field with an expected graduation betweenDecember 2027- June 2028

• Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement

• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

• Familiarity withAIpoweredproductivity tools (such aschatbasedassistants andbuiltinfeatures like Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday tasks including research, organizing information, and creating presentations with a strong interest in learning and using these tools responsibly.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data insights, learn quickly, adapt to change, and support innovative solutions.

• Ability to execute with urgency, support business reporting and project management, drive operational excellence, and adapt effectively to change with an enterprise mindset.
