  • Perform routine analysis of test results and model outputs; identify anomalies and elevate findings for review.

  • Document test conditions, RF configurations, and results to support traceability, repeatability, and reporting.

  • Draft technical reports, risk summaries, and briefings using established templates; incorporate reviewer comments and corrections.

  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and security stakeholders to support scheduling, approvals, and readiness for test events.

  • Ensure adherence to safety, RF exposure limits, security, and configuration management requirements during test planning and execution.

  • Contribute to process improvement by updating job aids, templates, and lessons learned based on test outcomes

  • Experience supporting technical assessments, test events, or analysis activities in engineering, mission assurance, or vulnerability-focused environments.

  • Foundational familiarity with electromagnetic effects, RF propagation/antenna concepts, EMI/EMC, or RF-DE assessment methods (coursework or experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EMI/EMC standards and test methods, HIRF test concepts, or RF hazard analysis (job experience, internship, or academic project).

  • Experience using modeling, simulation, or data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, Excel-based analytics) to support test analysis

Basic Compensation:

$127,200.00 - $155,500.00 (this range is for the Springfield, VA area only)

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
