* Support First Time Through Test Yield (FTTTY) initiatives and on-time hardware deliveries.
* Analyze test data to identify potential trends and recommend process improvements or hardware optimizations.
* Prepare and present detailed data to propose changes to testing equipment, processes, or procedures.
* Collaborate with design engineering teams to identify, develop, and implement hardware enhancements or solutions.
* Provide technical guidance and training to technicians, supporting them with troubleshooting and skill development.
* Monitor product yields, address yield detractors, and implement corrective actions to meet program objectives.
* Actively participate in program meetings to report yield performance, identify root causes, and share corrective action plans.
* Engage with cross-functional teams, including production control, test technicians, manufacturing engineers, system engineers, program management, and other support teams, to align on organizational objectives and deliverables.
* Work independently and collaboratively to meet critical program milestones and deadlines.
* Apply a strong understanding of RF theory and concepts to review requirements, test plans, and scenarios.
