  • Create and maintain complete and accurate design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test plans.
  • Utilize design tools such as Keysight, Altium, or CAD-based software.
  • Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards in all electronic designs.
  • Design and document cable assemblies for RF frequency and EMI/EMC-compliant applications.
  • Perform testing and validation of PCB and RF electronics using test equipment.
  • Conduct debugging, failure analysis, and implement mitigation strategies for electronic assemblies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, systems, and manufacturing engineers.
  • Use Microsoft 365 tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics design, including PCB, RF, analog, and digital systems.
  • Proficiency with design software such as Keysight ADS, Altium Designer, or equivalent CAD tools.
  • Strong knowledge and application of EMI/EMC compliance in electronic designs.
  • Experience with RF cable design and testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on skills with debugging, test equipment, and troubleshooting complex electronic systems.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • U.S. Citizen required
  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance
  • An active clearance is not required on day one

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SATCOM, aerospace, or airborne electronics is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with waveguide components and design is a plus.
  • Opportunity to contribute to or support waveguide design activities.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Compensation & Benefits: $110,000 - $135,000 annually
