Our internship opportunities include a wide variety of roles including Sales, Analytics, Project Management, and Operations.

During our 12-week program (May - August, 40 hours/week) you'll have an opportunity to mentor, job shadow and network with talented professionals and senior-level executives throughout Nationwide Financial. You'll also lead a project within a specified business line, providing impactful research and recommendations to senior leaders. The work you perform will be meaningful and integral to Nationwide's operations and business objectives.

This internship will be based in our Columbus, Ohio office throughout the 12-week experience. Company paid travel and housing is available to those not in Columbus.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree and within 2-3 semesters of graduation

  • Understanding or interest in the financial services or insurance industry

Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program. At its sole discretion, Nationwide determines whether to offer sponsorship for qualifying positions based on business need and budget. However, it is not usually available for entry level roles.


Nationwide pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement within the actual starting salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment.The national hourly pay range for Nationwide Internships is: $23 - $50
