Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CALIFORNIA Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across diverse practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law and regulations, litigation, patent law, and landlord-tenant law. As an Associate Attorney, you will support senior attorneys in case preparation, client consultations, legal research, and drafting legal documents. Duties
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to support case strategies across multiple practice areas.
  • Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
  • Assist in preparing cases for trial or settlement by organizing evidence, drafting discovery requests, and coordinating with clients and witnesses.
