• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring that both pre-crisis and crisis plans are structured and tailored to client needs.
• Document all client interactions and treatment details promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards to maintain accurate records.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assist in the evaluation and continuous monitoring of client progress.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans for clients.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold high standards of care and service delivery.

We primarily serve residents of Massachusetts, providing support to those with developmental disabilities and those transitioning from residential settings. As a counselor, you will play a critical role in facilitating recovery and promoting psychological resilience.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting, demonstrating real-world experience and applied skills.
• Must hold eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts, along with a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients.
• Strong listening skills and empathy, combined with the ability to provide guidance effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail and robust organizational skills to manage various client cases efficiently.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with virtual communication platforms is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and complex psychiatric conditions is an asset.
