Our client population spans individuals of all ages dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. We primarily serve residents of Massachusetts, providing support to those with developmental disabilities and those transitioning from residential settings. As a counselor, you will play a critical role in facilitating recovery and promoting psychological resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting, demonstrating real-world experience and applied skills.
  • Must hold eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts, along with a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients.

We offer an attractive salary package, ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus available for the successful candidate. Additionally, counselors will have opportunities to earn monthly productivity bonuses based on performance.

  • Professional development resources with funding for continued education and specialization.
  • Regular supervision available to support professional growth and clinical development.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented environment that values contribution and innovation.
  • Flexible scheduling options to maintain work-life balance.
