This position offers a fully remote work setting, utilizing a telehealth model to connect with clients. As a member of our dedicated team, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule, typically working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. • Deliver high-quality counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy tailored to individual client needs, crafting personalized treatment and discharge plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments by collecting and analyzing client data through interviews and case history documentation to formulate effective therapeutic strategies.
• Maintain a secure and up-to-date documentation process, ensuring all client records are submitted within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending mandatory training sessions and engaging in collaborative case discussions.
• Utilize a digital electronic health record (EHR) platform to track client progress and enhance therapy efficiency.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients seeking support for various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and those exploring psychedelic therapies. • Possession of a current LCSW or an equivalent licensure in a directly related field is required.
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work is essential for this role.

• A minimum commitment of 10 (53-minute) sessions per week is expected to sustain a manageable caseload.
• Proficiency in digital platforms and telehealth technology is critical for facilitating effective client communication.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, allowing for smoother adaptation to our virtual model.
• Familiarity with holistic therapeutic practices and an enthusiastic approach to integrating non-traditional methods into treatment plans.
• A strong understanding of ethical, legal, and practice-based standards related to clinical social work.
