position may require up to 30% domestic travel to various unanticipated customer worksites in the U.S. Otherwise,
remote work is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
Job Duties: Conduct electrical engineering analysis and assist in the designing, testing, programing and
commissioning of material handling projects. Conduct material handling integration. Programming using
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI). Create electrical drawings and
schematics using AutoCAD. Conduct concept and research, network design, panel design, ACAD layout, device
troubleshooting, PLC/VLC programming, HMI tagging, on site installation, debugging, and onsite commissioning.
Run simulations, electrical installations, and debugging programs. Troubleshoot and modify electrical wiring, red
line electrical schematics. Create and update AutoCAD drawings to create asinstalled packages. Implement
commission and document settings for system devices, including IP addresses, photo eye logic functions, and drive
parameters. Utilize Studio 5000 programming and PF525 programming. Conduct full scope of controls project
services. Research and communicate information regarding suppliers, customers, and competition. Develop
processes to support process improvement.
Job Requirements: This position requires a Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, or another closely related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered
or a related occupation in the electrical engineering field. In addition, the candidate must have one (1) year of
experience in each of the following skills: Conducting material handling integration; Conducting network design,
panel design, ACAD layout, device troubleshooting, PLC/VLC programming, HMI tagging, on site installation,
debugging, and onsite commissioning; Programming using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human
Machine Interfaces (HMI); Creating electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD; and, Utilizing Studio 5000
programming and PF525 programming.
Travel Requirement: This position may require up to 30% domestic travel to various unanticipated customer
worksites in the U.S. Otherwise, remote work is permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Reporting to HQ in Carmel,
Indiana.
Salary & Benefits: $112,000/year.
