POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Digital Team to deliver creative solutions that drive occupancy and enhance branding across our diverse communities. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to dive into various facets of digital marketing, providing invaluable experience and exposure in a fast-paced environment.
HOURS: 9am - 5pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Utilize RentCafe to implement and oversee website changes
  2. Develop and execute targeted email campaigns
  3. Craft compelling content and execute strategic social media marketing initiatives across various platforms including Meta Business Suite
  4. Monitor and manage our online reputation to uphold brand integrity and enhance customer perception
  5. Generate insightful reports on owned, paid, and shared media performance, utilizing data to drive informed marketing decisions
  6. Assist in coordinating and executing digital marketing projects
  7. Conduct comprehensive audits to evaluate marketing strategies and identify areas for optimization and improvement
  8. Copywriting & copyediting
  9. Collaborate on content calendars and strategize content creation to maintain a consistent brand presence across channels
  10. Perform basic photo editing and resizing as needed to enhance visual assets for digital marketing campaigns
  11. Conduct in-depth research to support marketing initiatives and prepare detailed reports to track progress and outcomes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Training and Experience)
  1. Must be in the process of earning a degree in a Marketing field or a recent graduate
  2. Great verbal and written communication skills; copywriting and copyediting experience or interest
  3. Average mathematical ability and above average reasoning and analytical skills
  4. Great attention to detail
  5. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  6. Ability to accept delegated assignments; work with moderate independence
  7. Ability to work collaborate in a team environment to achieve optimal solutions to department challenges

Pay Rate: $18/hour
