A Clear Path Forward Exceptional candidates will be offered a full-time attorney position upon passing the Washington Bar exam.

Competitive Compensation $30-$50/hour, depending on experience and bar passage status.

A Supportive Team Environment Join a growing legal support team and a firm culture that values collaboration, integrity, and work-life balance.

Meaningful Work Every case you work on directly impacts someone's life. You'll see the results of your efforts and know your contributions matter.

About You

Required:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Sound judgment and attention to detail
  • Genuine passion for employment law and client advocacy

Preferred:

  • Previous internship or clerkship experience
  • Familiarity with employment law concepts
  • Experience with legal research tools and document management systems

Position Details

  • Location: Seattle, WA (Remote/Hybrid flexible)
  • Compensation: $30-$50/hour, depending on experience and bar status
  • Start Date: Flexible, based on bar passage
