• Conduct teletherapy sessions with clients, utilizing video conferencing tools to provide essential support and interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on initial assessments and ongoing client evaluations, ensuring each client's unique needs are met.
• Monitor and document client progress within our telehealth platform, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Facilitate connection with clients through various therapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Participate in collaborative meetings with fellow therapists to share insights and discuss client cases, fostering a community of learning and support.
• Manage client referrals and establish a robust caseload, targeting clients based on your specific expertise and preferences.

• Experience in teletherapy practices and familiarity with remote therapy tools is a plus.
• Certification or licensure in multiple states is advantageous.
