Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies, ensuring each client's treatment plan is tailored to their specific needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, to individuals, groups, and families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of client records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance the mental health treatment experience for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying informed about the latest advancements in the field of mental health care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic modalities, particularly in family therapy, couples therapy, or trauma-focused care.

• Previous experience working with telehealth platforms and proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with diverse clients.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary in the range of $70,000–90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
