Here, you will make an impact by: Providing insights and establishing predictive analytics of financial performance to stakeholders to develop and improve upon Plant Financial P&L and Balance Sheet TargetsLeading plant and business teams through annual forecasting of the Operating Plan for the plant(s) and input to other forecasting processesEnsuring compliance with 3M Global Financial Standards (GAAP)Ensuring that current SKUs have appropriate costs during the annual inventory revaluation process.

The expected compensation range for this position is $96,557 - $118,014, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
