• Conduct thorough intake evaluations and comprehensive mental health assessments for new clients to accurately diagnose and understand their issues.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with the individual goals of your clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques, to support client progress.
• Build strong therapeutic alliances with clients through active listening, empathy, and trust-building interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines, legal standards, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of learning within the clinic. Opportunities for supervising interns or mentoring less experienced counselors are also available.

This role primarily focuses on adult clients who present with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise in developing treatment strategies will help clients navigate life transitions, manage stress, and cope with grief. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in an outpatient or similar clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment abilities, alongside a profound understanding of ethical standards and confidentiality regulations, are necessary for this role.

• Experience working with clients facing trauma, grief, or relationship challenges is highly valued.

Willow & Bloom Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
