The Behavioral Wellness Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional and social challenges.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops tailored for interns and university students, ensuring their compliance with relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and complete audit-compliant records for interpersonal evaluations and client documentation.
  • Participate in performance evaluations for interns, assisting in their professional development and tracking necessary documentation.
  • Monitor and coordinate intern caseloads in collaboration with Centralized Intake and school site contacts to enhance programmatic outcomes.
  • Engage actively in ongoing quality assurance and quality improvement efforts of client records.
  • Attend agency meetings, trainings, and program-specific events to enrich professional knowledge and foster teamwork.
  • Complete requests for reports as directed by the Director to inform organizational strategies.
  • Ensure timely data entry into the client’s electronic health record (AWARDS) system, facilitating efficient tracking and management of client progress.
  • Provide clinical consultation to clients during both crisis and non-crisis situations, ensuring immediate and appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized remote workspace, promptly reporting any technical or safety concerns.
  • Engage in the recruitment process of interns, helping to shape the next generation of mental health professionals.
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment events aimed at attracting aspiring interns and trainees.
  • Ensure ready compliance with university documentation requirements for interns and trainees.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will serve a varied clientele, including adults, adolescents, children, and families who are navigating a range of emotional and social difficulties. Qualifications
