Empowermental Psychotherapy PTE. LTD. is seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LSCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while providing essential mental health services to a diverse outpatient clientele. Empowermental Psychotherapy PTE. LTD. is based in Wichita, Kansas, and focuses on delivering compassionate and evidence-based mental health treatment. Our practice is known for its welcoming and inclusive environment where therapists work collaboratively to address and treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. As a part of our remote team, you will have the flexibility to manage your hours while adhering to a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed based on patient needs. Our outpatient facility operates with a strong focus on teamwork and communication, enabling therapists to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals.

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of patients and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support patient progress.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and supportive sessions to foster community and resilience among individuals facing similar challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure that each patient receives comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed, supporting individuals during acute mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment paths, and local resources to enhance their understanding and empowerment.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings, offering insights and engaging in case consultations to boost overall patient care.
• Stay informed of current research and advancements in mental health therapy to continually refine treatment approaches.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families from various backgrounds. • A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or LSCSW in the state of Kansas.
• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and various therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with sound judgment regarding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

• Experience in crisis intervention and providing support during mental health emergencies.
• Familiarity with innovative therapy techniques and community resources.
• Past involvement in supervised clinical practice or internships that reflect a commitment to professional development.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure.
