• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, focusing on both pre-crisis and crisis interventions.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans that address the unique challenges faced by clients.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess mental health conditions and ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse array of clients, including those struggling with mental health issues, substance use disorders, and individuals requiring assistance due to developmental disabilities or brain injuries. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or an equivalent field.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health environment is mandatory.
• Eligibility for licensure as a mental health counselor in the State of Massachusetts.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.
• Exceptional communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on establishing trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong active listening abilities, allowing for the provision of empathetic yet structured guidance.
• Organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are crucial for maintaining effective documentation and treatment planning.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
