This position is fully remote, allowing you to balance your professional commitments with personal life in a flexible manner. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students and their families, utilizing appropriate mental health diagnostic tools, such as the DSM-5, to inform treatment plans tailored to cultural and individual needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy, focusing on strategies that support mental health and emotional stability, while continually evaluating patient progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Document treatment records promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards using current electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with students, family members, and other healthcare providers to create and implement effective treatment plans that meet defined goals and address specific challenges related to the cancer diagnosis.

• Engage in teamwork by contributing insights during case discussions and leveraging each member’s expertise to enhance the overall care experience of students.

• Facilitate referrals to additional services as needed and act as a liaison between families and other treatment providers to ensure continuity of care.

• Provide educational mentoring to students and interns, helping to cultivate the next generation of mental health professionals through supervised guidance and support.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily focus on supporting students and their families navigating the emotional and psychological effects of cancer diagnoses. This includes addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders that may arise in the context of chronic illness while fostering resilience among young individuals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this role.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in social work, particularly within school or outpatient settings dealing with mental health issues. Familiarity with trauma-informed care and previous work with children or adolescents will be considered a strong asset.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, reflecting the individual’s qualifications and experience.
