• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related degree.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting is required.
• Must be license eligible in the state of Massachusetts.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing is essential for any required client visits or community outreach.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust while effectively managing client relationships.
