Travel Planning Assistant

We are looking for organized and motivated individuals to join our team as Travel Planning Assistants. In this remote role, you will help research, organize, and coordinate travel arrangements while assisting clients throughout the planning process.

This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and can be managed remotely. Previous travel industry experience is not required, as training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do
  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities
  • Help organize travel options based on client preferences and budgets
  • Assist with preparing quotes and travel recommendations
  • Coordinate reservations and review booking details for accuracy
