Required Skills:


• Backend-Focused Engineer – Strong emphasis on backend development
• Node.js – Core backend technology
• AWS Experience – Solid hands-on cloud expertise
• Some Frontend with React – Light React experience is a plus, but not the focus
• Not a Web Developer – This is not a front-end heavy or UI role
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment – This is a brand-new team, so the environment is fast-paced and constantly evolving
• Strong Communication Skills – Critical due to frequent cross-team collaboration and back-and-forth – use a lot of Agile process and Teams meetings
