This position will be conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility while still fostering collaboration within our team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing established tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to evaluate patient status and develop an individualized plan of care.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented mental health care strategies and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing progress and patient feedback, ensuring responsiveness to each individual's evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, documentation, and reports using current technologies, adhering to both regulatory standards and departmental procedures.

• Collaborate closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans aligned with patient goals and outcomes.

• Anticipate patient safety issues and symptom management, employing proactive interventions to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a vital link between patients, their families, and other treatment providers, fostering effective communication and follow-up.

• Educational components may include mentoring students, interns, and new team members, enriching their learning experience through hands-on guidance and support.

This position primarily serves individuals and families impacted by a cancer diagnosis, focusing on enhancing mental health outcomes during a challenging period in their lives. By utilizing a culturally competent approach, the LICSW will address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient, promoting resilience and emotional strength.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid State License as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated ability to apply therapeutic techniques and frameworks within a clinical setting.

• Exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to compassionate care.

• Experience working with oncology patients or within a healthcare setting focused on chronic illness management.

• Familiarity with remote counseling tools and methodologies.

The compensation package for this full-time role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually.
