ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
What You'll Do
  • Leverage Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) analytics skills to answer questions related to retrospective evidence generation for pharmaceutical clients.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand evidence generation needs and identify the most relevant data sources and analytical methods.
  • Execute structured analyses using patient-level data to generate insights for evidence planning, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) studies, and budget impact modeling.
  • Present analytical results in a business-focused, actionable way for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gain familiarity with client processes, pharmaceutical products and pipeline projects.
  • Develop domain expertise in RWD, RWE, HEOR, and health economics, contributing to talent development and evidence delivery capabilities.
  • Support both the selling and delivery of retrospective evidence generation projects as part of the analytics team.

What You'll Bring
  • Advanced degree (Master's, PhD, or equivalent) in a quantitative, analytical, or health-related discipline such as Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Epidemiology, or HEOR. Publications and advanced research experience are a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Real-World Data (RWD), Real-World Evidence (RWE), and advanced analytics with experience analyzing patient-level datasets.
  • 6+ years of relevant full-time professional experience in RWD, RWE, HEOR, or related analytics roles.
  • Experience with HEOR, budget impact modeling, and retrospective evidence generation is highly preferred.
  • Industry experience with pharmaceutical clients and ability to work effectively with HEOR scientists.
  • Demonstrated analytic problem-solving skills and a creative, innovative approach to generating insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling effective influence with senior stakeholders.
  • High motivation, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate across teams and projects.
