We are looking for an ambitious, collaborative Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our growing advisory team. Role Overview As a Commercial Real Estate Broker at 92c Partners, you will drive business development, provide strategic market advisory, and lead leasing and sales transactions. Working closely with our space planning and project management teams, you will represent tenants, buyers, landlords, and institutional clients across office, industrial, retail, and special-purpose assets. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Representation: Lead tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, and landlord advisory assignments from initial consultation to deal execution. Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across Indiana and target regional markets. Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Draft and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, purchase/sale contracts, and renewal terms to secure optimal economic outcomes for clients. Market & Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market surveys, property valuations, lease comparisons (NPV/cash flow modeling), and demographic analyses. Integrated Collaboration: Coordinate directly with 92c's in-house space planning and project management divisions to deliver seamless design, build-out, and move-management solutions. Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers, government entities, property owners, and industry stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements Licensing: Active Indiana Real Estate Broker license (or ability to transfer/obtain promptly). Experience: 2–5+ years of active experience in commercial real estate brokerage (tenant rep, agency leasing, or investment sales preferred). Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indiana commercial real estate landscape, lease structuring, and zoning/development fundamentals. Financial Acumen: Proficiency in lease financial modeling, contract review, and CRE analytics tools (CoStar, LoopNet, CRM platforms). Communication & Drive: Outstanding negotiation, client presentation, and interpersonal skills; highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Communications, or a related discipline preferred. What We Offer Competitive commission structure with business development support.
