Qualifications

Must either have your real estate license or are willing to take classes and get your license

Must have a moderate level of internet and data management competency

Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Must be able to work with and respond to clients promptly

Must be able to manage a high volume of closings

Must have finances set aside to pay any fees associated with obtaining an maintaining real estate license

Hardworking, ability to multi-task, prioritize and strong attention to detail
