Description:

Are you looking for an internship where your work directly contributes to a billion-dollar plus business? Headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, Dynasty Financial Partners powers the back and middle office of independent financial advisors within the wealth management industry operating as RIAs (Registered Investment Advisor). Summer Analysts will gain insight into transaction execution while working alongside senior bankers with prior bulge bracket experience across a variety of client engagements and capital deployment opportunities on both sides of the capital stack.
  • Dynasty Connect: The outsourced front-office growth engine for Network RIAs. Interns will gain exposure to investor-advisor matching within the Dynasty Network, prospecting strategies, and CRM-driven business development processes. There may also be opportunities to observe advisor outreach efforts, including prospecting and cold-calling activities that support institutional sales initiatives.
  • Business Development Operations: Support data cleansing and analysis in Salesforce, help manage the pipeline, and build reports that inform the team's sales process. You'll develop a working understanding of the competitive landscape across the wealth management industry, with possible exposure to live deals the team is actively working on.
  • Compliance: Assisting Network RIAs with regulatory filings, reviewing marketing and client communications, performing compliance best practice checks, and helping firms stay aligned with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
