This role is categorized as an In-House Registry position. Employees in this capacity will work on an "as-needed" basis, typically fulfilling a minimum of two shifts each month, with the possibility of additional shifts.

The MRI Technologist embodies the mission, vision, and values of our organization, adheres to our Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory standards.

• Conduct MRI testing procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients to ensure their MRI testing needs are met effectively.
• Deliver high-quality MRI tests in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Accurately obtain patient screening and consent following departmental guidelines.
• Perform and maintain all quality monitoring as per departmental protocols.
• Provide care tailored to the patient's condition and age, including pediatric, geriatric, and general populations.
• Adhere to all patient safety policies and procedures, including maintaining a safe MRI environment, patient monitoring, fall risk assessment, pregnancy verification, GFR assessment, and patient identification.
• Exhibit flexibility, organization, and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
• Participate in MRI on-call duties as scheduled.
• Respond promptly when called in for additional shifts.
• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff and interns as needed.

• Required:
  • Graduation from an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • ARRT registration with MRI certification within one year of hire, along with CPR certification (Basic Life Support).
• Preferred:
  • Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Two years of MRI experience.

The hourly wage for this role ranges from USD 54.00 to USD 54.00.
