About the Role

The Analyst - Reserving Reporting & Automation focuses on improving and automating reserving reporting processes. This role supports the development of tools, data workflows, and automated solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

The role combines technical skills with business understanding to help modernize reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Support the design and implementation of automated reporting processes.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.

  • Assist in developing scalable and repeatable reporting workflows.

Tool Development & Maintenance

  • Support the build and maintenance of reporting tools, models, and dashboards.

  • Work with data and technology teams to enhance reporting infrastructure.

  • Ensure tools are robust, well-documented, and user-friendly.

Data Management

  • Assist in improving data pipelines and workflows used in reporting.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across systems.

Reporting Support

  • Contribute to regular reporting deliverables as needed.

  • Support data preparation and validation for reporting outputs.

Collaboration

  • Partner with actuarial, finance, and technology teams to align on reporting needs and solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 0-3 years of experience in actuarial, data, finance, or related field.

  • Progress toward actuarial qualification or relevant technical certification (preferred).

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $97,750 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
