Job description

Job Title: Product Delivery Analyst - Master-Level InternshipLevel: Master's Level Internship

Department : Product Development & Management

Status: Full-time (30-40 hours per week) & Part-time (Minimum 15 hours a week commitment)

Duration: Equivalent to minimum 520 Hours (or 3 months minimum)

Work location: Remote (with hybrid options in Toronto only)

Compensation: Hourly ($32)

The Vosyn internship is unique. Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value. For greater clarity, NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern. Instead, Vosyn being an AI start-up, the upside is in potential future value of said shares based on the hours worked, billed and approved.

Company Overview: At Vosyn, we embrace the exciting, game-changing world of Artificial Intelligence, driving innovation and pioneering impactful projects across various industries. We believe in fostering a culture of flexibility, continuous improvement, and solution-focused strategies. Here, every idea is welcomed, nurtured, and has the potential to scale to new heights. Currently, we're at the forefront of a significant IPO endeavor, truly a unicorn in the making. We invite you to be part of our journey and leave your imprint on the future of AI.

About the Role:
Turn strategy into execution. This role supports product delivery through detailed requirements, backlog management, data insights, and sprint coordination, ensuring smooth, iterative releases.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions and document user stories, data models, and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain backlog, map system interfaces, and manage dependencies
  • Analyze workflows and data to improve processes and customer value
  • Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prep sprint goals, monitor progress, and ensure completion of each increment
  • Draft test scenarios, coordinate user-acceptance testing, triage defects, and validate that delivered functionality meets requirements and compliance standards
  • Provide clear status reports, risk assessments, and roadmap updates to leadership and cross-functional partners, translating technical details into business impact.
  • Track delivery KPIs (e.g., cycle time, defect leakage, customer adoption), conduct retrospectives, and champion process or tooling changes that improve delivery velocity and product quality

About You:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's in Engineering Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a tech-focused MBA.
  • Skilled in Agile, Jira/Azure DevOps, and writing testable stories.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, or Excel for delivery metrics and dashboards.
  • Strong systems thinking and stakeholder coordination.
  • Quality-minded with experience in UAT, experimentation, and root-cause analysis.
  • You speak both AI and business. You're comfortable in technical whiteboard sessions about model releases or MLOps, then turning around and framing the impact for leadership and customer-facing teams.
  • Retrospectives, root-cause analyses, and Kaizen-style tweaks excite you because they shorten feedback loops and raise product quality.
  • Startup pace energizes you. Ambiguity, rapid change, and wearing multiple hats-analyst, mini-PM, scrum-coach-are features, not bugs. You bias toward action and embrace iterative learning.

We believe exceptional talent often emerges from diverse paths. If you possess a profound curiosity, a genuine passion for continuous personal and professional growth, and a strong desire to apply your unique abilities to create significant impact within our team, we strongly encourage you to apply-even if your background doesn't align perfectly with every single qualification.

Why Join Us:

  • Be part of the invigorating journey of a start-up transitioning to an IPO.
  • Engage directly with senior management and strategic advisory board members.
  • Enhance your CV with a rich array of experiences unique to Vosyn and AI Venture Lab.
