This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results.   • Performs advanced analytics on financial, market, and portfolio data to identify opportunities to improve risk, profitability, and operational performance
  • Owns end-to-end analytical workstreams, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for business partners and senior leadership
  • Identifies and communicates key trends based on economic conditions and portfolio performance, enabling proactive decision-making
  • Partners with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Product, and Operations, to support and influence strategic initiatives and large-scale programs
  • Develops scalable reporting and analytics solutions to support performance monitoring, forecasting, and operational execution
